Pick and Help Us Create a Customized Presentation

These are not “canned talks.” I will interview members of your team, event planners or anyone you think will contribute insight necessary to accomplish your objectives for your event. I will review your company website and talk with some of your people to get a feel for the culture of your environment.  Provide any other “stuff” you think would be helpful. The examples and situations sprinkled into my speaking topic will be “real world” for your audience, experienced from interviewing world-class experts on my daily talk show and positioned within my presentation topics.

House Poor, Cash Poor – Five Ways to Keep Your American Dream from Turning Into Nightmare

Do you have your money saved in your IRA or 401(k), without realizing this is actually robbing you of income, later on?  Are you sending extra payments to payoff your mortgage sooner, faster and robbing your home’s value?  Are you forking over a huge chunk of cash for your kid’s college tuition when you probably don’t have to?  Do you still have other money floating around in retirement accounts at previous employers and possibly disinheriting your family? What if you were doing everything right, then later found out you were wrong, when would you want to know?

This presentation discusses financial strategies that navigate ahead of economic disaster, discover new methods for modern-day wealth accumulation and keep more of what you make, especially in a recession.

Women, Money and Power

Did you realize that by 2010, all wealth in the US will be in the control of women? However, over 90% of women surveyed share they are financially confused about how to discuss and manage their personal finances.
How about the rise in single-parent homes?  Are mothers prepared to make the right decisions necessary for both her and her kids?

You will get insight in how women can take charge and not end up being a “bag-lady” for not knowing their options.
